Georgia O’Keeffe, A Life Well Lived: Photographs by Malcolm Varon

This collection of 48 previously unpublished photographs by Malcolm Varon reveals rarely-seen aspects of O’Keeffe’s life and personality. The photos include images of friends, family, and even her dog Jingo. Also seen is O’Keeffe’s Abiquiú and Ghost Ranch houses in New Mexico and the stunning landscapes surrounding them. Also included will be O’Keeffe exhibition posters and life-sized photo enlargements. The exhibition is in association with the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum of Santa Fe.

The Folwell Family: 5 Generations of Potters

June 22 – October 20, 2024

This exhibition will feature Native American pottery from 5 generations of the Folwell family, including Rose Naranjo, Jody, Polly Rose, Susan, Kaa and Tonka Folwell. The family is from Kha’poo Owinge or Santa Clara Pueblo, a member of the Eight Northern Pueblos of the Tewa-speaking Pueblo Indians. It was established around 1550 and is located along the Rio Grande in north-central New Mexico. At Santa Clara, pottery making is passed down from generation to generation, and the potters are famous for their hand-crafted blackware and redware.

Booth Artists’ Guild Annual Exhibition

May 14 – August 11, 2024

This juried exhibition features the work of painters and sculptors who are members of the Booth Artists’ Guild, a group that meets monthly for educational programs. Opening reception May 16, 2024.

Art is Meant to be Shared: Highlights of The Eddie Basha Collection

Eddie Basha grew up captivated by the American West. In 1971 under the encouragement and guidance of his Aunt Zelma, Eddie began collecting art. What began as a hobby quickly grew into an inspirational passion, combining his keen interest in the history of the American West, his admiration of the American Indian and his appreciation for art. His collection grew into one of the largest private collections of contemporary Western American and American Indian art in the world.
