- All public schools are eligible to apply
- Application must be submitted upon your receipt of the Reservation Confirmation form
- Charter buses are considered only in special circumstances and with prior approval
- Public schools are eligible to receive partial funding (up to 75%) and will be notified by email within 2 weeks of receipt of application
- Transportation costs will be verified with your school’s transportation department prior to approval
- Reimbursement covers ONLY the approved amount
