TEEN SUMMER ART CLASS: Meet the Masters
Session: July 15 – 18
9:00 am – noon
AGES: 10 – 15

What happens if we compare and contrast the Renaissance traditions of Leonardo, with the Pop Art color palette of Warhol? Let’s create unique art inspired by the symbolic works of Gustave Klimt and Georgia O’Keefe. We’ll examine the strong Baroque influence of Vermeer’s portrait work, and the impact of Howard Finster within the genre of Folk Art. Did I leave out Van Gogh? Join us this summer for a combination of making art and exploring the history behind the work of great master artists. Imagine the possibilities.
