*Tours booked on weekdays will include a guided 45-min tour. Tours booked on weekends will be self guided.

Scouts and Girl Scouts of all ages! Join the Booth Western Art Museum for our annual Scouting the West event where Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, along with their families, can step back in time to experience the American West. Taste food cooked on a real Chuck Wagon, engage with leather workers creating beautiful designs from real animal hides, work with metalworkers at their forge, explore robotics and more! Museum admission and event patch are included in the registration fee. An optional lunch special is also available for purchase from the Blevin’s Bistro.

Scout Merit Badge Clinic

December 6, 2025 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
REGISTRATION REQUIRED

The Booth Museum December Merit Badge Clinic for Scouts BSA, endorsed by the Northwest Georgia Council, will be hosted on December 6 from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM. The Merit Badge Clinic will give Scouts the opportunity to learn and earn an (American) Indian Lore or Pottery Merit Badge taught by qualified museum educators. Lunch is included for Scouts (pizza, cookie and a drink).
