Homeschool Friday – Wire Sculpture with Light

Create a leaf sculpture inspired by Booth artist Eric Strauss. Bend, loop and twist two different sizes of wire to make the outer and inner workings of the design. We will use colorful tissue paper squares to give the illusion of fall colors. In the classroom we will shine a light on finished works to see the magic of illumination.

TEEN Homeschool Friday – Screen-printing

Get hands-on with the screen printing process in this workshop! Following a brief museum tour to see the work of Andy Warhol, participants will learn about the art of screen printing, create a screen-printed t-shirt*, and explore a combination of watercolor painting and screen printing.

*Participants may bring a blank t-shirt (no text/logos, any color is fine) or may choose to purchase one when registering ($5.00)
