The Booth Western Art Museum is pleased to present Songwriter Musician: Nashville Photography by Ed Rode, a compelling photographic exhibition celebrating the people behind America’s most influential songs. Over thirty years in the making, this exhibition features fifty-one photographs of songwriters, players, and singers, spanning generations, genres, and levels of fame.
Members and Not-Yet-Members are invited to join the Booth Museum on September 26, 2026 for an exclusive Opening for Songwriter Musician: Nashville Photography by Ed Rode. Attendees have the option to register for a 4:00 PM gallery walk (Picturing America Gallery) first and reception at 4:45 PM (Eaton Atrium) or a 4:00 PM reception and 4:45 PM gallery walk. At 5:30 PM all members are invited to the Bergman Theatre for a special 90-minute live program featuring photographer Ed Rode and acclaimed songwriters Tony Arata and Kent Blazy, for an evening of storytelling and music that brings the photography to life. Registration is required.
