This compelling exhibition brings together more than 30 works created over a six-year period, including a selection of field studies that explore the four elemental forces of the planet: earth, air, fire and water, and the complex relationship between the natural world and human intervention.
Members are invited to join the Booth Museum on May 9, 2026 for an exclusive Member Opening for Preternatural and The American West: Michael Scott. Members have the option to register for a 4:00 PM gallery walk (Special Exhibition Gallery) first and reception at 5:00 PM (Eaton Atrium) or a 4:00 PM reception and 5:00 PM gallery walk. At 6:00 PM all members are invited to the Bergman Theatre for a lecture with the artist. Registration is required.
