Collecting Photography 2017 – 2025

Member Opening: Saturday, January 25, 2025 | 4:00 – 7:00 PM
Members are invited to an exclusive opening of Booth’s newest exhibit Collecting Photography 2017 – 2025. Members have the option to register for a 4:00 pm gallery walk (Picturing America Gallery) first and reception at 5:00 pm (Eaton Atrium) or a 4:00 pm Reception and 5:00 pm Gallery Walk. At 6:00 pm all members are invited to Bergman Theatre where Booth Director Seth Hopkins will talk to Bob Yellowlees, owner of Atlanta’s Lumiere Gallery, Andrew Smith of the Andrew Smith Gallery in Tucson, and Booth Curator of Photography Mark Medley will discuss the building of the Booth Museum photography collection since 2017, and share their thoughts on the direction of future Western photography acquisitions.
