3-Day Workshop with Artist Elizabeth Robbins / “The Art of Still-Life Painting”

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This workshop, focusing on the art of still-life painting (oil), will be three days, 9am-4pm daily with an hour lunch break. Elizabeth will discuss the concept of painting strong light and shadows, along with painting with emotion and not just copying what is seen. Elizabeth will do daily demonstrations and discuss important concepts such as composition, temperature changes, edges, and seeing things as shapes. There will be a strong emphasis on painting florals and vases.
Minimum of 8 students, Maximum of 16 students
FEE: $450.00 for Booth Museum Members, $525.00 for not-yet-members
