3-Day Pastel Workshop with Artist Eve Miller / “Mood and Atmosphere in the Pastel Landscape”

The magic of mood and atmosphere in the landscape will be explored in this 3 day workshop. The lessons will elevate the artistic journey by learning techniques that create a bigger impact in pastel paintings, using mood and atmosphere. You will learn tips and tools and techniques to create a sense of place. You’ll learn, step-by-step, how to observe, analyze, interpret, plan, edit, and paint the mood and emotion that caught your attention as you first viewed it. What is included: design elements, color schemes for color harmony, aerial perspective as it relates to creating mood and atmosphere in the pastel landscape.
Minimum of 8 students, Maximum of 12 students
