3-Day Painting Workshop with Michele Usibelli / “Techniques & Composition for Dramatic Paintings”

Join this intensive 3-day workshop and discover approaches and techniques for creating dynamic paintings. Incorporating the design elements of Composition/Design, Value, Color, Paint Application and more, Michele will guide you through her painting process from concept to completion. The workshop will begin with an abbreviated lecture on the principles of design and composition. Michele will reinforce these lessons through demonstrations and one-on-one instruction. Students will experience and study all aspects of painting from life, to photographs, even plein air, weather permitting! Students should bring photographs, field studies and plein air paintings from which to work. Students working in oil, acrylic, gouache, watercolor and pastel are welcome to attend.
Minimum of 8 students, Maximum of 16 students
