3-Day Equine Painting Workshop with Booth Malone / “Champing at the Bit – Capturing the Horse in Motion”

This 3-day painting course is directed towards the successful portrayal of the horse both in motion and still. One-on-one instruction and demonstrations from this accomplished instructor will provide insight and advice on anatomy (common errors to avoid), animation, composition, brushwork, palette, and how to best obtain and use reference material. “The Secrets of the Biz” is what this workshop is all about, taught by one of the best in the genre. Mr. Malone was President of the American Academy of Equine Art from 2016 to 2020.
Minimum of 8 students, Maximum of 16 students
FEE: $500.00 for Booth Museum Members, $575.00 for not-yet-members
