3-Day Figure Sculpture Workshop with Kevin Chambers

This 3-day intensive workshop is designed to give students the opportunity to focus exclusively on the core of the human figure. Understanding the classical torso is vital to establishing gesture, proportion and design in the pose. The class will cover traditional techniques and demos for designed and executing a successful classical torso sculpture. Students will work from the live model, sculpting at 1/2 scale in water based clay on a provided armature. Option to fire the finished sculpture will be available through KLC Studios. All supplies (including clay) are included!
Minimum of 7 students, Maximum of 12 students
FEE: $475.00 for Booth Museum Members, $550.00 for not-yet-members
