3-Day Painting Workshop with Artist James Swanson / “The Nature of the Beast”

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The workshop will be about capturing the inter workings of water and animals. The workshop will start with some simple painting warmups designed to get you seeing and thinking. Then move into our first painting and you will experience my simple painting process. Day 2, we will do final touches on the day 1 painting and then move on to another painting about capturing the energy of a water scene. Day 3 will be about taking everything we have learned and see how it can work for you in a say 3 painting. There will be painting demos, discussions, critiques, tons of info, and lots of painting. Photos will be provided.
Minimum of 8 students, Maximum of 16 students
