DO YOU TENTATIVELY HOLD DATES?

The museum will hold a date for up to two weeks. Once this time has elapsed, the date will be released. If another client requests the held date during the two week period, the first client will be given 72 hours (three business days) to return a signed contract with a 50% deposit. Otherwise, the held date will be forfeited.

 

HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE AND WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?

To confirm a date, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of all fees is due within two weeks. The date will be dropped and the contract determined null and void if not received with a 50% deposit within two weeks of issuance. Payment for all remaining estimated charges is due 30 days prior to the event. If needed, adjustments will be made after the event, and any additional charges are due within 30 days of invoice.

 

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

We accept cash, check or card.

ARE WE REQUIRED TO USE A CATERER FROM YOUR LIST?

We have an approved caterers list that you are welcome to choose from, but not required. If you have a favorite caterer that is not on our list, we can advise you of how to get them approved.
