Plein Air Painters of America: 35 Years Outdoors & Conserving America’s Wildlands: The Vision of Ted Turner – Photography by Rhett Turner

5:00 – 8:00 PM
Members are invited to an exclusive opening of Booth’s two newest exhibits Plein Air Painters of America: 35 Years Outdoors & Conserving America’s Wildlands: The Vision of Ted Turner – Photography by Rhett Turner beginning at 5:00 pm with two simultaneous gallery walks (Temporary Gallery) & (Picturing America Gallery) for 30 minutes then switching to the opposite gallery. A light reception will be at the Eaton Atrium at 6:00 pm. At 7:00 pm all members are invited to Bergman Theatre for a panel discussion – Depicting the West: Multiple Modes/Multiple Media with photographer Rhett Turner, PAPA artist Mitch Baird, Marshall McLaury Monroe, and Phil Starke .
Advance registration required. If you can’t make the in-person event, the lecture will stream on Booth’s Facebook page and YouTube channel on Thursday, October 27, 7:00 pm.
At 8:00 pm, the galleries will remain open during Rhett Turner’s book signing in the McNair Store.
