Home School Day- Ancient Animals in Art & History
Presented by Booth Museum, Bartow History Museum and Georgia Reptile Society

Did you know Bison once roamed the east coast, including Georgia? Join the Booth Museum, Bartow History Museum (BHM), and Georgia Reptile Society (GRS) as we explore ancient animals of all kinds! At Booth, activities include animal mask making, a selfie station, bison art station, reptile encounter with GRS in Bergman Theatre, and silly snake creations. At BHM, Learn about the Cherokee and their dependency on animals as well as the use of wool and cotton during pre and post colonization. Hands-on interactives engage students throughout the Museums.
Registration required. Registration deadline September 10 by 5 pm.
Ages 4-12 years
$6 per student/$5 per parent
