Members are invited to an exclusive opening of Booth’s newest exhibit Dorothea Lange and Pirkle Jones: Death of a Valley. Members have the option to register for a 4:00 pm gallery walk (Picturing America Gallery) first and reception at 5:00 pm (Eaton Atrium) or a 4:00 pm Reception and 5:00 pm Gallery Walk. At 6:00 pm all members are invited to Bergman Theatre to listen to guest speakers Jennifer McFarland, Pirkle Jones personal assistant and an expert on his archives and Jessica Pigza, who worked with his collection at the University of California and currently serves as Associate Director of Arts Library Special Collections at Yale University Library.
