1-Day Pop-Up Workshop with Artist Nancy Franke / “Flower Power”
Saturday, October 14, 2023, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
This 1-Day Session will focus on creating expressive paintings from life! Flowers as the subject are a great way to capture movement, color, and light on your canvas in a modern way. Nancy will demonstrate her approach, with emphasis on seeing the essence of any flower, while eliminating detail. Edges and background approaches will be another focus along with ideas on paint application. Come have some fun, work fast, and let it flow! Students are invited to join Nancy for dinner at a local restaurant after the workshop!
Minimum of 8 students, Maximum of 15 students
FEE: $250.00 for Booth Museum Members, $325.00 for not-yet-members
