3-Day Oil Painting Workshop with Artist Amanda Lovett / “Understanding the Essentials of Color in Oil”
August 21-23, 9:00 am –4:00 pm

Color theory can become as simple as one, two, three. Using a three-color palette, we will spend three days working through exercises that will help strengthen your understanding of color mixing, color schemes, creating mood, and much more. The development of this class was rooted in what I learned while working with John Pototschnik to produce his book “Limited Palette, Unlimited Color”.  This very structured workshop utilizes talks, demos, exercises, hands-on painting, and plenty of one-on-one instruction.

Minimum of 8 students, Maximum of 15 students
FEE:  $450.00 for Booth Museum Members, $525.00 for not-yet-members
