Even if you never leave the Studio, applying the basic Plein Air Techniques will improve your ability to add depth, atmosphere and life to your Landscapes. This workshop will cover basic to advanced techniques of painting in Plein Air and how to apply them to your studio work or use them out in the field. It’s a matter of learning how to see, deciding what’s important to the scene, and recognizing how much information you can lose in a photo. I’ll show you how to gather information every time you set foot outside, even when you’re not painting. Join me for three days of lively demos, hands-on painting and one-on-one instruction.
