Adding more substance and interest to your composition can often enhance the story you’re trying to tell, however, the word ‘perspective’ can clear a classroom faster than a canvas on fire! One of the best ways to overcome this feeling of panic and need for a high-quality extinguisher, is to learn to keep only the bare essentials necessary to imply an object rather than completely replicate it. Learn what you need to know about perspective without getting bogged down.
