2-Day Plein Air Workshop at Savoy Automobile Museum with Artist David Boyd, Jr. / “Painting the Automobile”
Known for finding beauty in everyday life and for the sense of nostalgia his artwork invokes, David Boyd, Jr. draws inspiration from a time in which he never actually lived: a time when the automobile was both a new and modern convenience and an exciting new art form. Join David on the lawn of Savoy Automobile Museum for the unique opportunity to paint cars from the Museum’s collection! Each morning’s painting demo will be followed by individual instruction. Artists of all skill levels are welcome. A box lunch from The Savoy Café will be included both days. Shade and restrooms are nearby!
