Art for Lunch – Kit Carson

Brandt Ross will discuss the life and legend, the good and the bad, of American frontiersman Kit Carson through conversation and contemporaneous folk songs. Jim Dunham will join the program by highlighting the story behind the Maynard Dixon painting, Red Butte, which was created for the Kit Carson Grill in San Francisco. Lunch: Lasagna, salad, bread sticks, and peach cobbler for $10.00 plus tax. No outside food or beverages. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early. Program included with admission.
