Adult – 2-Day Painting Workshop with Artist Stephanie Amato – The Dynamic Still-Life

In this two-day workshop, we will focus on the tools needed to create a dynamic and expressive still life. Stephanie will examine the fundamentals of simplifying the subject through composition, lighting, design as well as value and temperature. Some areas to be covered will include understanding soft and hard edges, using transparent paints for brilliant darks, creating reflections in glass and how to create a dynamic still life set up.
