5-Day Studio Landscape Workshop with Artist Dan Young / “Simplifying Your Paintings to Create More Impact”
The emphasis of this class will be on how to create paintings with more visual impact. The importance of fundamentals will be our starting point. This workshop will explore the process of making a piece of art instead of a copy of a photo. We will stress the importance of having a plan when you start a painting which will help tremendously with your success rate. Plan to create two smaller paintings daily. Bring photos and/or field paintings for reference. There will be demos, individual attention, and hopefully a few laughs.

FEE: $650.00 for Booth Museum Members, $750.00 for not-yet-members
