The resulting works will be on display at the Booth Western Art Museum from January to early March 2025\, offering a stunning perspective on Georgia’s coastal landscapes and Savannah’s cityscapes. \nJoin us on January 8 for an engaging talk featuring Olmsted Arts Executive Director Philip M. Cuthbertson\, along with artists Michael Mills and Donna Biggee. They will share insights about the featured works\, their creative process\, and their personal experience with plein air painting. DESCRIPTION:2-Day Portrait Sculpture Workshop with Artist Kevin Chambers\nSaturday – Sunday\, December 7-8\, 2024\, 9:00 am –4:00 pm \nThis two day sculpture workshop will focus on classical portraiture. Students will build a life-size bust from a provided live model using water based clay on a provided armature. The class will cover classical techniques and approaches for building a basic portrait and demos for creating each feature. Basic anatomy and how to obtain a likeness in your portrait will also be discussed. \n  \nMinimum of 7 students\, Maximum of 12 students\nFEE:  $350.00 for Booth Museum Members\, $425.00 for not-yet-members \n*25 lbs of clay included per student. \nREGISTER HERE
