This application must be submitted PRIOR to your field trip and only covers public school bus transportation.
*Schools may receive partial funding (up to 70%) and will be notified by email within 2 weeks of receipt of application.
*Transportation costs will be verified with your school’s transportation department prior to approval.
*Charter buses are considered only in special circumstances and with prior approval.
*Reimbursement covers ONLY the approved amount.
