SUMMER ENTERTAINMENT
Held the third Thursday in June, July and August, Dinner Theatre will be offered as part of the Summer Entertainment Series. Beginning at 7 pm in the Booth ballroom, guests may enjoy a great show and delicious buffet-style dinner for $25 for members and $30 for non members. A cash bar will also be available.

JUNE 17:
The first in the series will be Jim Dunham performing as Mark Twain on Thursday, June 17. Dunham will present humorous material the author used during his many speaking engagements around the world. The show gives the audience an idea of what it might have been like to attend one of Twain’s sold out lectures. Later in the evening, Dunham will step out of character and discuss some of Twain’s real-life Western adventures and the books he created from these experiences.

JULY 15:
On July 15, Doc Stovall will join Dunham for Trails Plowed Under. Dunham will paint and perform as famous Western artist Charlie Russell, completing a copy of one of Russell’s paintings while also reciting favorite passages from Russell’s book Trails Plowed Under. Stovall will perform Western songs related to the work of Charlie Russell. All ticket holders will have a chance to win the completed painting.

AUGUST 19:
Closing out the Summer Entertainment Series will be Bullets & Ballads on August 19. This variety show features the talents of cowboy singer Stovall teamed with gun handler and humorist Dunham. While Dunham performs some of the most famous gun tricks from Western movies, Stovall sings a mix of Western movie standards and his own original work.
