Special Instructions:
1.  Please arrive at 9:30 am for check-in.
2.  The fee includes admission to the Museum on the day of the event. Two adult leaders per troop, as designated by the troop leader at check-in, receive free admission to the museum on the day of the event. The two adult leaders will receive passes so that the Museum front desk staff can identify them. All other adults, seniors, and students who wish to enter the museum shall pay the regular museum admission fee. Due to space limitations, parents are asked to visit the museum or enjoy downtown Cartersville during the program.

The Booth Art Academy invites Junior Girl Scouts to participate in a program designed to help each girl find the artist hidden within.  The event begins with a tour of Booth Western Art Museum followed by sessions on color, shading, shapes, and perspective.  The program features ample hands-on opportunities for budding artists to create their own works of art and discover their strengths and favorite methods.  Connect with the world of Western Art and explore different techniques and mediums used by artists.  The event starts at Booth Western Art Museum and concludes at the Booth Art Academy in the TRC Building a block away from the Museum.  The Junior Drawing Badge is not included.  Please bring a packed lunch.

Brownie Potter Badge WorkshopPottery Badge
Come to the Booth Art Academy and discover the fun of ceramics! During this program you will team with other Brownies and create fun pottery projects planned to help you earn your Brownie Potter Badge. You will learn basic pottery techniques and then challenge yourself to make pieces to fire in the kiln. Troop leaders will need to make arrangements to pick up the fired pieces approximately 2-3 weeks later. The Brownie Potter Badge is not included.  Please bring a packed lunch.
