The Booth Artists’ Guild (BAG) offers monthly educational programs for those interested in the visual arts. Programs include all types of mediums as well as photographing and marketing your work, new art forms, styles and genres. Membership requires a Booth membership, plus an additional $24 a year for BAG. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month, 6:00 pm at Booth Art Academy, located in the Teacher Resource Center (TRC) at 1 North Gilmer Street, Cartersville.
The purpose of the BAG is to offer continuing education to its members through artist presentations, exhibitions and demonstrations. Throughout the year, BAG will offer special workshops to the public. A list of these workshops can be found on the Booth Art Academy page of the Booth Museum’s website.
Each year, BAG members will have an opportunity to have their work on display in the Booth Artists’ Guild juried exhibition. This exhibition normally hangs from mid-May through August each year.
